Where I’ve Been:
Prior to becoming a Certified Coach, I spent the last three decades as a counselor and educator in high schools and higher education institutions. I have worked directly with adolescents and their families in the capacity of a classroom teacher, school counselor, and administration. I also served as adjunct lecturer for the graduate program in counselor education at the City University of New York, Lehman College and The College of New Rochelle, and have presented at numerous conferences both locally and nationally. I’ve written articles, blog posts, and textbook chapters for professional publications. My work in various educational settings, from high schools to higher education institutions, has provided valuable insights into the needs and aspirations of individuals at different stages of their lives and careers. I bring all of this knowledge to my current coaching practice.
What I’ve Learned Along The Way:
People can make impactful changes in their lives. I’ve experienced this in my own life and in the lives of many others I’ve worked with. As I look through the rearview mirror, I see that the common thread throughout the journey is always our willingness to embrace the changes, remove the obstacles and develop the mindset to move forward. Change is the only constant. Reliable, dependable and hard as hell to navigate sometimes, but with the right tools, we can make impactful, life-altering changes that will always lead us to what we want more of in our lives.
How We’ll Work Together:
As your coach, I help you to identify any blocks that impede your success and reframe thoughts that no longer serve you. By developing new thinking patterns and taking aligned action, you WILL accomplish your goals. Through consistent and personalized services – whether you’re starting a new life transition or poised for a new life adventure – my commitment is to help propel you towards your goals.
“If somebody offers you an amazing opportunity but you are not sure you can do it,
say yes – then learn how to do it later.” ~ Richard Branson
